Do you spend a whole day at the end of the month going through your calendar appointment by appointment, adding up totals and applying percentages?
One missed appointment or a wrong percentage leads to complaints, and your team doesn't know what they've earned until payday.
Since your appointments are already in Happoin, the calculation happens on its own, using the real appointments in your calendar.
How it works, in 3 steps
- Set your rules once: percentages, fixed amounts and bonuses for your team.
- Happoin calculates from your appointments: only completed appointments count; cancellations and no-shows don't earn commission.
- Close the month and pay: amounts are locked and you mark each payout as paid.
Pay your way: by professional, by service, or both
- Percentage or fixed amount: 10% of every haircut or $5 per manicure.
- By professional: Ana earns 15% and the rest of the team 10%.
- By service: facials pay 20% and haircuts 10%.
- Combined, never paid twice: the most specific rule always applies.
- With start and end dates: for example, a commission promotion just for December.
