With online booking or a manual calendar
It adapts to the way you work, whether your clients book on their own or your team manages the calendar.

With online booking: your clients can join from your booking link with their name and mobile number, without creating an account. The notification includes your usual booking link, subject to availability.

With a manual calendar: your team adds the client from the dashboard. On WhatsApp, the client replies directly and your team arranges and records the appointment.

By email: the notification includes a button to message your business's WhatsApp, which must be set up.
Notifications at the pace you choose
You decide how and when notifications are sent.

In turns: notifies clients in the order they signed up. The wait between turns is configurable, with a minimum of 10 minutes, and starts once the message has actually been sent.

Notify everyone: available with the official WhatsApp API or with email only. Messages go out progressively while the slot is still free.

WhatsApp linked by QR: only allows notifications in turns and gives priority to appointment reminders.

No repeated notifications: you can set how many days apart each client can be contacted.
Notifications don't block the slot: the slot stays available until someone books it or your team schedules it.
